RUTGER – My girlfriend and I stayed in Marc’s beautiful riad for a week. It was well equipped with everything that we needed and the hostess made us a lovely breakfast every morning. We enjoyed spending our spare time on the stunning roof terrace soaking in the sun and the beautiful views.

The riad is in a perfect location, you can really experience the local atmosphere of marrakech. All of our favourite restaurants were located opposite the mosque(highly recommended Zeitoun). Marc arranged a taxi driver to pick us up from the airport and we used him again for a one day trip to the Atlas Mountains and Essaouira. We absolutely loved our whole stay at the riad and we will definitely be returning soon.

OLLIE – This was my second trip to Marrakech with my partner. Our first was spent outside of Marrakech but this time we wanted something that was within walking distance, but still nice and quiet. This Riad was ideal! A 10 minute walk and you are in the heart of the Souks, eating on a nice rooftop terrace or seeing some of the many sights. Once you have had enough of the hustle and bustle of the city, you get back to this calm, peaceful Riad and relax, have a dip in th pool and sit on the rooftop terrace. Perfect.

Marc was great. He was easy to contact, answered all of our question, and made the booking and stay pain free. He has local contacts in the city who he can call upon for activities and advice. Quad biking and a trip to the mountains were both arranged by Marc. I would highly recommend this Riad. I would 100% return here on my next trip to Marrakech.

RUPERT – Marc’s Riad is a thing of beauty, a gem in Marrakesh and also in a great location in Kasbah, central but outside the main tourist hurly-burly. Highly recommended.

KAREN – Riad Farasha is, quite simply, perfect. It is well located; the area around Kasbah is lovely and we found several good restaurants within 2 minutes walk from the riad and it is only a 15 minute walk to Jmaa El Fnaa.

After the heat, noise and bustle of the medina it is wonderful to escape to the riad with it cooling pool and beautiful sunny roof terrace. Anyone thinking of staying in Marrakesh should look no further.

AMINA – Mon mari et moi nous sommes mariés le week-end qui précédé notre séjour a Marrakech, le Riad a été pour nous l’endroit idéal pour profiter de nos noces! La maison est magnifique le petit déjeuner excellent et le Riad se situe dans un quartier tout près de la place Jamaa El fna à pieds!

INES – We spend a great week in Marc’s appartment and everything was great. The riad is wonderful and near the jamaa el fna place (10 min walk), Ibtissem and hasan were very sweet and helpful. Thank you very much for the good time we had, we definitely recommend it.

The Sapphire Room

Stay in our Sapphire room to float away into the tranquility of the ceiling lights or be inspired with the painting of Marrakech with its view of the Koutoubia, palm trees and the Atlas mountains. The room has a super-king bed, an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and 2 wooden, double windows overlooking the courtyard of the riad.

The Ruby Room

Our Ruby Room is our second double room. It's the only room with wooden windows facing the outside of the riad. Enjoy the relaxing colours of the ruby room equipped with an en-suite bathroom with an extra large bath tub. The room is fitted with a king bed, a Moroccan style dressing table, wardrobe and air conditioning.

The Diamond Room

Our Diamond Room is a treasure for the single traveller. Get inspired by our collection of photos from the photography museum of Marrakech. Enjoy the view through the windows overlooking the court yard and freshen yourself up in the large en-suite bathroom. The room is fitted with a single bed and air conditioning.

The Emerald Room

Our Emerald Room is a magical place to relax, enjoy the view of the riad at night, have a little nap or just chill out. Drift away with the smell of incense, the beat of Moroccan music or the ambience of the room. The walled mirror, shaped like an eye gives a magical reflection of the mosaic at the pool and a ceiling fan ensures the room stays nice and cool.

The Topaz Room

The red and orange colours of the Topaz Room bring you back to the true essence of the Moroccan berbers. Simplicity combined with comfort and design. The room is an oasis of tranquility. Decorations on the wall vary from an intricately designed mirror with turquoise details, to a frame containing 12 mini tarboosh hats.

The Turquoise Room

The Turquoise Room offers a single or double bed setting for guests who want to enjoy the riad in its simplest form. All conveniences located on the ground floor, with easy access to the pool and the kitchen. The room is fitted with an en-suite bathroom and given its location, it is the coolest room in the riad.
